We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- The customer has the right to exchange/return items within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the respective invoice. WATTLAMP LDA reserves the right to stipulate other deadlines, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.
- Products are only accepted in original condition.
- WATTLAMP LDA reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return of a product that is incomplete, damaged or used by the customer.
- The return of specific products will only be accepted by WATTLAMP LTDA after authorization from the respective supplier. WATTLAMP LDA reserves the right to apply any type of devaluation to the customer or charge extraordinary transport or logistics costs, if these have been determined by the manufacturer/supplier.
- The physical return of products, after acceptance of the return request, is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise decided by WATTLAMP LDA.
Warranty (non-conforming products)
- All products sold by WATTLAMP LDA have the warranty indicated in accordance with national legislation.
- Under the warranty referred to in the previous item, the repair/replacement of the product must be carried out within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, and WATTLAMP LDA will not provide a temporary replacement product.
- Warranties do not cover:
– Normal wear and tear of the material, deterioration or accidents resulting from negligent use;
– Interventions on products, namely repair attempts, or even repairs, outside of our assistance services;
– Improper or negligent use of the item, which may cause irreparable damage (temperature variations, contact with water, poorly executed electrical installations);
– The color of the product changes over time due to oxidation of the finishes.
- At the customer's request, it is possible to agree on an “extended warranty” or “custom design warranty” after evaluating the specific application conditions with our suppliers.
- In case of defect, repair is supported by WATTLAMP LDA. If incorrect use by the customer is verified, the repair will be borne by the customer.
- The repair of products claimed outside the warranty period is always borne by the customer.
Late or lost refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address Wattlamp, Rua Principal de Algeruz s/n, CCI 3310, 2950-077 Palmela, Setúbal
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
